I think it's only a matter of time before Shurmur and Garrett get their pink slips.

Kitchens, Garrett, and Shurmur seemed like the obvious ones (in that order), so that's one down.

I wonder if there's any chance Garrett survives. He should've been gone years ago, but this has got to be the end.

Garretts not a terrible coach, he did take two teams that were predicted to be the worst in the league to the playoffs (2014 & 2016 which people often fogrget), but this year he has been brutal and its time for him to go. It actually seems like during his coaching tenure, he succeeded when expectations were low, and failed when expectations were high.

That will easily be the best job available, it will be interesting to see who he brings in.

The Dallas job is definitely the most attractive. However, whoever takes it will have to know Jerry will have his hands in the pie more than other owners. I doubt JJ will hire a guy and stay away.

All seriousness, Rex ryan would be perfect for Dallas. Both for the roster and for jerry.

Gettlemen also saying they will speak to the media on Tuesday so I doubt that means he is gone. Schurmer OTOH, who knows.

That would be a good hire for them, though whether it succeeds is highly contingent on Haskins. I'm surprised Rivera would be so quick to accept the offer though; the Redskins are more dysfunctional than we are.

Technically Garrett doesn't get fired, his contract is up at the end of the season

I'm not sold on Rivera in Washington. I mean he's never been great at developing offense. He's a defensive coach. I think he can make theit defense great. But he will have to find a good OC to develop Haskins. Also they will have to put a lot of attention and picks/money into it. But it could be done. Maybe he hire Shurmur hahha.

I think Rivera is a very good hire for the Skins. I don’t think he is a great HC but he will stabilize the franchise.

Yeah I'm just saying they have a ffqb to develop and Rivera isn't so great at that. He will need to bring in a great oc to make it work and put a lot of focus on that offense. It can be done and I have more trust in Rivera than most defensive coaches. Rex would just draft dline and wonder why the offense isn't getting better.

Kitchens gone. Shurmur gone. I feel like Ol Jerry is on the phone with Meyer. If Meyer caves then Garrett is next.

Tons of speculation about Rhule being interested in the Giants job.

That would be classic. Especially if he becomes a great coach in the NFL. We had him locked up last year but changed to Gase... this could be a real kick in the teeth... I'm not sure he transitions well but if he does....
