I was not being sarcastic at all. If he's out for the season that's a different team. It's Reggie Wayne and a whole lot of nothing.

If I had a choice, I'd definitely like to take my chances against the Chiefs. I could even see the Jets being favored in that game.

I know how good Charles is, I've payed extra attention to him being on my Fantasy Team..I'd still take MJD though.

He ran all over us in the 1st half last time

i would pick MJD anyday(as better rb), but a guy as quick as Charles scares the fuck outta me if its our defense on the field.

    Chiefs

    1) Charlie Weis is the OC of KC and I have seen enough of his crap over the past few years to know he isnt the best when it comes to crunch time calls. Haley will have some pull for the offense surely but leave it to Weis to be capt. conservative when the going gets tough.

    2) I think Thomas Jones will be out to prove something and will get split carries with Charles, which plays to our advantage

    3) Matchup Revis with Bowe, and Cromartie with Chambers and its really going to make Cassell work. I would look for the QB draw in fact out of Cassell because he has shown in the past he can wreak havoc there.

Basically the Chiefs are like the Bengals from last year. Inconsistent QB from USC who has hit or miss games, Run 1st attack by 2 explosive backs, 1 WR to be weary of, not a whole lot in the TE game(Though that rookie isn't bad just doesnt get the best seperation), very fast defense, overachieving O-Line. Flowers has been a letdown so if placed on Holmes, that could be a huge matchup for us.

Chiefs haven't really faced anyone besides IND and SD. Maybe you want to give them JAX but they were playing with Todd Bouman at QB who is jobless now. I think that is why Cassell's completion numbers look prettier then they really are.

Jags have our number for some strange reason and Garrard is the type of guy who would give the Jets absolutely fits like how Fitzpatrick was running upon us. MJD is very small and crafty too.

I think the only team who has our number worse is BAL.

    Chiefs.

    Chiefs. Easy.
It's all about matchups. They're strength (run offense) is our strength (run defense). They're nothing great in the pass game and don't have the slot receiver or TE that other teams have used effectively on us. Their D is nothing to get excited about either, so Sanchez and co. should be able to move the ball on them.

I don't like playing Indy, because of Peyton. Other than that, it might work if they are without Collie. So they would be my second choice.

Chargers are playing too well on both sides right now. Their passing offense is just awesome and their D is lights out. Bad matchup for us.

I don't think the Jags will be a factor.

Shit I am wavering between the Bengals and Bronco's. Tough call on who the Jets match up better against. Either one would be nice.

Worrying about RB's ripping the Jets up?

Good god how many 100 yd rushers has there been against this defense this season?

    Hell yes...........

anybody but colts and pats. let other teams take them out. but, since we may be #6 seed, we will get them in the 2nd round, unless they re-seed each round per won/loss record.

The Chiefs and the Jaguars. The Chiefs matchup the best but I worry about their coordinators. To me, the Jaguars lack the intestinal fortitude to play for the big game.

i think some of you are underrating the chiefs. cassel is a good QB and charles can definitely give us some problems.

i'd much rather play the Jags or Chargers (w/ injured Gates)

I would definitely say the chiefs and the jags.

Rivers scares me even with Norv Turner hacking his way to another post season meltdown.

Manning is manning, he can get it done even without Collie and Clark.

the Chiefs are a tough order 1) cause of their homefield, that place is ridiculous, and 2)Jamaal Charles is the type of back who can give our D fits.

Actually, i'd prefer JAX or IND over SD or KC.

Indy is hurt really badly right now. If Collie doesn't play, the Jets will be in a great position.

Jax's defensive side is poor. Garrard could be a tough matchup because he can run, but I dont see MJD giving us the issues Charles could, if anything because MJD isn't as fast as Charles (He's still a shifty fuck though, I just think Charles is quicker)

One and it was yesterday. The last was last season, and it was MJD. They aired this stat during the game.

Its late December. Not August anymore sir. You cant be serious with that post after the last 5 or so games. No offensive TD since Thanksgiving! Not counting Sanchez's run yesterday. NONE!

It's the Chiefs. We've been stopping the run well, and have passrush problems that could prove deadly against teams like IND, SD, NE, BAL etc. Cassell can move the ball, but not to the extent of the others, and has less weapons.

Peyton and some no name WR would likely tear us apart.
