    Take a look at the screen shots on here. This issue with colour your having, I think its your monitor settings.

    either one is fine...... suggestion on the new one would be reduce avatar and sig image size, and reduce the size of the icon graphics / links

    I'm fine with both versions. I'm just here for the dry sarcasm and intentional assholism, not the pretty colors. You could put this site in MSDOS and I'd still hang around.
