    I would rank them:

    1. Football
    2. basketball
    3. baseball
    4. WNBA
    5. hockey:D

The sports I played on teams rank 1-3 and obviously that plays a role in my opinions.

I would have to say auto racing. The sound takes it to a totally different level, makes it a physical experience.

I didn't realize we were including motor sports.

NHRA beats everything a thousand fold.

The early days are the best. You can see some really good tennis on the bleacher/outdoor courts. Don't even need to go into Arthur Ashe to have a great day.

Sounds like another guy massively overrating hockey.

The problem with hockey(and soccer in this country) is that despite their relatively tiny fan bases and probably due to their little brother status their fans feel the need to tell everyone else how great the game is and what they're missing by not watching, which is really fucking annoying from a non fan perspective.

I'm not an avid hockey fan although I played it for 20 years. I go to a game or two MAYBE a year. I rarely watch it on TV in the regular season and only slightly more during the playoffs.

I don't give a shit about what other folks think of hockey.

I'm not the little brother here, don't care whether you or anyone else watches it or not.

It's incredibly exciting to watch live.

    And then it goes away.

It wasn't directed at you specifically and obviously not every fan is like that. But there is a definite undercurrent of hipster douchebaggery that I've never seen from fans of the other major sports.

Very few hipster hockey fans. All the hipsters are actually in fantasy football leagues

Not saying they're actually bearded assholes in flannel from Brooklyn, they're more likely to be eurotrash if anything, just that they have that attitude that they're somehow better/smarter/hipper whatever because of what they like.

In five years they'll be called something else, I'm very thankful that I've cut myself off from popular culture enough not to hate hipsters as much as I would. I remember when you were getting on that guy from Heroes for being Emo, LOL.
