I don't have a problem with any of them winning it. Just the teams they play for. I would rather have seen Cotchery win one, though.

Yeah, Cotchery is the man. The actual current Jets players winning a ring would be nice, but thats not happening any time soon it appears.
As much as I'd like to see pats lose here, weatherford and his sudden Chatty Cathy act is really nerve racking. The guy didn't have a word to say until the damn Giants won and now he's a veritable fountain of smack. In any case the likelyhood that Brady will probably get that 4th ring in the next 4-5 years(ugh) is pretty high. May as well get it while embarrassing the stinking Gaints and shutting Weatherford the hell up. Any other year and I'd root for the Giants to sack Brady into retirement. On the other side of the coin I can't really begrudge Ellis, Woodhead or Ihedgibo since we more or less threw all of those guys away.
The Jets failed to offer Shaun Ellis a reasonable contract this past offseason... He doesn't deserve any animosity.

If Big Cat wins it will hurt in the sense of him being my favorite player for the longest time with us. He was a TRUE Jet. It's a bit selfish to say but him winning with them would suck, especially because we were close 2 years in a row. He Deserves is the most, but i'd be upset if he did it with the Pats. The annoying one would be Weatherford especially since he talked shit about Westhoff and he sucked in the playoffs last year for us. Woodhead played his ass off with us, and the Jets made the decision to cut him. If he wins, he's a Pat now. Diggz, meh. Fuck him. oh and FUCK THE PATS.... And Giants.
I'm rooting for the Pats purely because I want to see a true vet, Shaun Ellis get his ring. He should have retired here and contributed in various roles for the last few years of his career and the Jets FO showed him the door with an insulting offer. Irrespective of his play, a couple million a season for a vet, positive locker room presence and a guy that said if you cut him open he would "bleed green" is a bargain. All things we were sorely lacking this year.
Shaun Ellis deserves a Super Bowl ring, and I'd be happy for him if he got one. That said, I still hope the Pats lose.

i have to agree with this, the guy was a trooper for this team for a long long time. i hope nothing but good things for him. weatherford doesnt matter, he is a kicker. ihedigbo who cares, the poor guy has a face only a mother could love. so fuck wooddick i never cared much for the hoopla about him when he was here and dont care for him at all in patsyland.
I hope good things for him too, but I will feel not one bit of sadness if Ellis never gets a SB ring. No way will I be rooting for him to even make a tackle in 46.

Typical JETS karma..... the Big Kat was the most consistent JETS player for a decade, and was hoping he'd play for the JETS from start to finish, but will most likely get a ring with the freakin PATS the year he's pushed aside. :shit:
I can't root for Ellis. I am not going to go into why because I don't want to have Abyzmul jump all over me for my opinions on Ellis. Suffice it to say that Ellis was washed up years ago and did not deserve any more than a minimum contract from the Jets and his play this year proved that. He is just along for the ride with the Pats and does not deserve the ring. I just went into why , didn't I? Ok Abyzmul - flame away.
