If you were Mac, would you show your face when your dumbass owner won't give you full control over the team and allow you to fire Bowles and the grossly incompetent CS that is making him look bad because they don't hold players accountable and aren't doing a very good or quick job in developing or preparing players to play? I don't blame him at all. I'd let the two buffoons who are responsible for this cluster fuck be seen and take all the heat. I'd keep my face out of it.
I couldn't? Well, maybe I couldn't (because you say so), but the cast on Sny uttered those words just last night. But I wouldn't because you don't think I should? Get a life, dingbat...
Mac better step up his game in the draft this year as he's on high notice. And his protege, Charley Casserly, had a very sketchy draft history so he's not exactly this great guru for Mac to glean advice from, especially QB.
why would anyone want Todd Bowles brought back? Sheldon Richardson's moronic tweet is ANOTHER example which shows Bowles has no control of this team. He hangs onto vets like Fitz and Revis, while they stink up the field every week. IT WILL JUST BE MORE OF THE SAME NEXT YEAR!
damn right. Anyone would be better than the toilet coach we have and his mindless defensive coordinator who has squeezed nothing out of what should have been a good defense. When ultra-retread Matt Moore throws 4 TDs against you, IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE.
He shouldn't be off the hook at all. His master plan of building a $40 million secondary of primarily aging players a couple years ago was a gigantic disaster. Buster Skrine & James Carpenter will likely be the only players on the roster next year from that 2015 free agency frenzy we had. However, it's not the general managers job to get said players up to play each game. Regardless of win-loss record the effort has been absolutely horrible. With that being said, he's also a moron for not taking whatever was offered for Sheldon Richardson around the trading deadline especially after this video tirade. We'll be lucky to get a fifth. He's also dumb for not trading Wilkerson when there was actually trade value there. I don't get where this organization came off expecting first round pick offers for glorified 3techniques whom have proven that they're no better than your average defensive tackle. Especially with two other capable players on the roster. Maccagnan has been nothing short of terrible, but his saving grace is that he still has some time to salvage his job being that most of his drafted players are still on the roster. We'll see what he's made of this offseason and if he rightfully has the balls to make the necessary cuts of a lot of overpaid veterans that are still starters. - If Revis, Giacomini, Harris, or Clady are on the roster at their current cap numbers next year he should turn in his credentials. - If Fitzpatrick is re-signed, the attendance next year should be about 300 people at every game. - If he picks another 3technique (Jonathan Allen?), he should be fired. There are some other reasons but we'll start with those.
I thought a big error was not trading Wilkerson. If I recall we received a late first rounder that turned not Mangold for John Abraham. Could have been a similar scenario.
