Or to show his worth if he's able to get in there during Decker & Owusu's absence .

If he does get an opportunity, he'd be well served to make a huge splash. Right now? He's the Wr of last resort.

    Haha.
Hopefully he can get out of the doghouse .
We can't argue that the talent is there .

It's not being fickle, we have a new OC and new scheme and kerly doesn't fit it anymore. I love kerly, he's made big plays for us, I think he is a very good slot WR, but he doesn't have a role on our team anymore. and FYI his PR have always been awful. IDK any jet fans that liked him as a PR

Looks like he's being made an example of for some reason like not hustling, working out, maybe lateness to meetings, lack of productivity, etc etc etc. Maybe Bowles just wants to give a message to this team: if you don't get on board and put out the effort you either aren't here or you don't play. Look, on the Mets, Ruben Tejada was given the same message for lackadaisical play and this season he is turning it around. He's in shape and has been a contributor. Bowles cares more about the mindset and culture of this team than one guy even if he does have a contract.

Pretty spot on. Idk how anyone could say he was a good PR especially the past 2 years. He seemed like he'd be a decent ST weapon the first year or two but the fair catches the last couple drove me mad

I can't agree with you on that one. His defense is average MLB for a shortstop but above Flores. Plus he's hitting for a decent average and has not been a sure out. He's at times been productive.

We're very lucky to have him on deck. I've always thought Kerly could have a breakout year. If catches in stride, watch out!
