I could not possibly agree more. I sat about two sections away from this chick and she was absolutely horrible at leading the chant. There has to be a pause between getting the crowd fired up and actually starting the chant. I would have led the chant, but unfortunately my lack of cleavage didnt attract the guys with the camera. :smile:
Nah while that would be terrific I doubt it since supposely the NYJs used to pay for his out of town jaunts. I met him in Miami & he had a pretty young lady in tow on his way to his seats. I would guess Woody would exempt him from any PSL fees
Oh I think we all love to cheer. It's the obnoxious, attention-whore with the fire helmet that somehow came to be our mascot, that gives me second-hand embarrassment. Whatever happened to furry animal costumes? Maybe F-ed (fireman-ed) should take his shirt off and jiggle those man-boobs or something. I'm sure he's furry too.
there is something to say about how when ed gets on his bros shoulders and hushes everyone down and then J-E-T-S... i have friends that are giants fans that go to games with me sometimes and they're always in awe. hell yeah, fireman ed is missed.
It would be great to see Ed back this year because the chants really never could get off the ground last year. Not to take this thread too far off topic but our crowds were terrible last year. I understand the team was playing poorly but when I'm getting yelled at to sit down by other Jets fans because I'm standing cheering on our Defense on a big third down play its ridiculous. I don't post here a lot but I just wanted to say that if all Jets fans were as passionate as the people on this board the stadium would be a much better experience on game day.
I think it's a Coles jersey, and don't forget the 80s rock cowboy hat. :up: She needs to step it up this year, as do the camera guys. They need to find someone and stick with them long enough to realize they're on camera. It's a team effort.

I can Guarantee you that he was there for most if not all games even in the crappy years. There may not have been many chants, but he was there doing them before each game at the very least.
Or just throw the jersey off the upper deck and put the camera on her for the rest of the game without it. Just the hat. Then you'll get some cheering.
i remember jets pats game like 5 years ago. annoying pats fan got his $240 helmet thrown over the top of the stadium. my buddy who is a giants fan was with me and he thought it was hilarious.:rofl:
I cant remember i thought it was a pennington jersey. Either way she was fucking horrible, she was just off beat. And yes who can forget the cowboy hat.
