Stokes. Get ready to be pleasantly surprised on Sunday after I post my masterpiece pictures. Nah joe Most Turks are good people but like every nation they have their bastards as well.
Pepper Paste: You know tomato paste right? Instead of tomato, they use Red Pepper and create the paste. It is widely used in Turkey for spicy dishes. Here is a link from amazon for you to buy if you want to try. http://www.amazon.com/TAMEK-KAVANOZ...1428525466&sr=8-3&keywords=tamek+pepper+paste Beef Kebab: I use Ground Lamb and Ground Veal equally and mix it with ground cumin, pepper flakes, salt, garlic, yoghurt and a little bit sumac. Here is a recipe from food.com. You might wanna try at some point. http://www.food.com/recipe/adana-kebab-284886
Hahahaa I have a bottle of that in my pantry. Different make but the same thing. I've never opened it. So your "kebabs" aren't chunks of beef marinated and put on a skewer? My impression of kebabs (beef or chicken) is pieces cut up into 1-2 inch cubes, marinated and skerwed for BBQing. Interesting. _
You can do kebabs in either way. I will in fact make cube kebabs as well if no last minute plan change. I will post pictures on Sunday no worries
