have you realized how bad our offense is? look at how ambitious the Browns offense is playing despite losing two QB's. lol something have to give, can't believe this team is in a position to be crippled by the play of Fitz.

Revis got his payday from the dumbass Jets, he's enjoying his millions and will get cut, leave the Jets and sign with the Steelers as a corner, convert to safety and cement his HOF bid, and will retire as a Steeler or a Patriot.

    Bet your life on it.

Haha, not sure why this made me laugh but it did.... Probably because a series of events like this would not surprise me with this franchise.

If he leaves, hopefully the door hits him on the way out. Peaked in 2009, looked better than he was last year. I took a look at the CB potentially going into FA next year, and there are a lot of them.

Ambition is great if the QB can hit the broad side of a barn.

Its like we conned ourselves, we elevated a career backup game him great WRS, a very good running game and coaching that made him look halfway decent and an easy schedule and THEN decided to give 12 MIL...

I'm kinda onboard with Geno starting to see if Fitzpatrick can do a double cycle on one team...

Week after week I grow more irate when Fitz squares in on Brandon and Brandon only.

I need to see Petty to Enuwna, Petty to Peake, etc.

I get what you’re saying. But honestly, we could be in the same spot with Geno as QB. It’s easy to say that when we are 1-5 because we have nothing to lose. But that’s kind of revisionist history. Fitz made sense for this team at the time. He’s not any good. I wanted him back also. 6 games into the season it was the wrong choice. We would have been better off getting the best evaluation we could get of Geno before making a decision on him and either committing or looking at Bryce Petty next. But that’s looking back on things after the team lost 5 out of the first 6 games. In the pre season we felt we could compete and thought Fitz or some type of veteran QB gave us the best shot.

I don't think people are mad that we chose to go with Fitz initially. Its just we PAID him $12 million to play like the worst QB in the league. My thoughts were that, we have an amazingly hard schedule anyway. Fitz is not gonna be here longer than a year unless he gets us into the playoffs, which I had us a 7-9 this year. He's actually been worse than the floor of play that I had him on and Bowles STILL won't make a change. We could have gone 1-5 with Geno who eats up something like $2 mil/year
