Look at bickety’s hands holding that beer. He’s fucking Lou Ferrigno compared to stokes.

And I haven't read the term bolognese even once. In vibe only.

I know Stokes as a person. I know bickety as a person.

Both are different entities. I admire both. They are both my gurus. Just to make sure.

    Bickety is the man.

@abyzmul who ghosted me in San Antonio still is on my dark book. Just saying.

Prime rib for Christmas Eve dinner. Going to smoke them on the Kamado Joe.

We also do Italian but not the fish thing. There will be shrimp cocktail, antipasto, lasagna, and other assorted appetizers and sides.[IMG]

Trying to convince JStokes to come back to the board. He is a killer cook like you.

What I had for dinner, I had a healthy salad with grilled chicken, then for dessert I ate an entire Entemann's Crumb Cake, for an after dessert snack I had some pot roast with mayo on a ciabatta roll. Had a couple of Lagunitas Hazy Wonder and a Hazy Little Thing in honor of National Beer Day.

    Stokes

First I got an aged, fleshy side of meat that my best friend, who is the resident chef for the NY Mets team, got from his secret butcher in the Hamptons. We smoked it, low heat for 12 hours. Then we moved it quickly to high heat earthenware (suggested to my wife from Martha Stewart's sister-in-law) and made it into a terrine. The gummy texture was off putting at first but the flavor was great when served with a bottle of Lafite Rothschild

Wagonwheels with butter and cheese tonight. I haven't been able to find wagonwheels for years. Yay!
