I'll render my verdict after Thanksgiving. My cousin will be doing all the cooking this year, going to be hard to just sit back, drink beer and watch football while someone else does all the work but I'll muddle through.

Ordered two accessories for my Kamado. One is a soapstone. This will be perfect for smoking/cooking fish, vegetables and smash burgers. The other is a simple beer can chicken stand that I found on Amazon for $10.
If I can ever make it to another tgg tailgate, we need to make sure you’re the hired chef. Stuff looks amazing!

smoking fish... just leave the skin on and smoke skin side down..... it sticks to the grill and meat peels off...... or you can be extra fancy and use a piece of aluminum foil
speaking of... I need to go toss some lures in the inlet (after this NEer settles down) to get some blues for the smoker to make smoked fish dip for Thanksgiving
