Never had White Castle? Small burgers with a few holes in them are steamed over a bed of onions, nothing tastes as good at 4 in the morning after a night of drinking

You chop them up add celery and other things and stuff them in. Haven't had it myself yet but my cousin says it's very good

Second cook in my Kamado Joe. I'm just going to smoke a whole chicken. Rubbed it with olive oil and seasoned it with Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ rub. [IMG]

This Friday for my dept thanksgiving luncheon I will be deep frying a turkey. I inject it wit Tony satcheries creole butter marinade and rubbed down with Tony’s Cajun spice rub. Comes out juicy, with a great flavor and little kick to it.

That sounds amazing! I've deep fried about 5 turkeys so far and they have all come out fantastic. A few years ago I deep fried a prime rib and wow was it good! This year I'm going to smoke a prime rib. I can't get enough of this thing. So much fun.

Where do you get that marinade? It sounds delicious.

Amazon of course. In Florida I could get it at any store. In New York I can find the rub but not the marinade,
Deep fried prime rib sound amazing. How long in the oil for medium rare?

    Looks awesome.
Meat Church makes some really good rubs.

Deez Nuts has been my go to rub for years!
I love that shit, will put it on just about anything.

Prime Rib is so expensive these days, don’t think I’d want to deep fry it.
I make one every Christmas Day - oven at 500 degrees for 5 minutes a pound then turn off and leave in oven for 2 hours without opening, perfect every time.

I have been deep frying Turkeys for Thanksgiving since 2002.
I wouldn’t prepare or eat a Turkey any other way!!! I used to hate Turkey until I started frying them.

It wasn't long. Maybe 45 minutes? I followed something I found online. Let me see if I still have it.

Do any of you barbecue guys use the Meater wireless temp probe? It's really worth the money. Not only does it measure internal temp but it monitors ambient temp and estimates the cooking time. I got the Meater+ for the additional range. The app is awesome.[IMG]

Just get sloppy drunk or high and eat them and it’s worth it. Greasy fries and all. It’s really not good at all but you should eat it every once in a while. It’s good for you.

When I used to deep fry Turkeys Chachere's was my go to. The Bold Creole seasoning is nice for an extra kick of heat.
