This is a classic case of perving people under the radar by doing it in a quote unquote acceptable arena. It's utter bullshit, that teacher should be fired. Anyone in a position of authority who failed to handle it that way is a manipulated coward. Funny story, the old man was recently on a job at Lincoln Center. One of the guys he works with is this big burly truck driver looking guy who deadlifts God knows what. He really had to use the bathroom but the men's room was being serviced so he went into the ladies room. He made sure to check it was unoccupied while one of the guys stood guard outside just in case. That would have been that, but when he came out, a woman complained that a man had used the ladie's room. No problem with that, right? Of course not; but the guy was thinking on his feet and said, "I'm transgender. I have every right to use that bathroom." She was knocked off balance and apologized. I hate this country, meaning I love this country but I also hate this country.
