What Separates the Good from the Great?

    I remember one time a baseball manager talking about some famous pitcher saying, "he just gets it." And I kind of think that's the way a great QB is. He just GETS IT. Brady, Manning, Brees, Rodgers.... they understand the things you have to do to win and do the unconscious things naturally. And I don't base greatness on how many Superbowls a QB wins, that helps, but overall consistency has something to do with it. Jim Plunkett has more SB wins than Peyton Manning, doesn't mean he's a better QB.
    Also being in the right system with the right coach is another reason. A great QB with a great coach like Montana/Walsh and Brady/Belichick have success that are probably 75/25 as far as the percentage reasons for success.
    As far as Geno goes, I have no friggin idea!
