Like Ratliff the best then Clemens then if a QB somehow falls to our 2nd round pick then I might draft one but I think we can survive with a decent QB and a great running game. Get a top 5 defense is my real want.

I agree with the majority of voters. With the offense that most people feel we are goig to try to run this coming season (run, run, run), we don't need a gunslinger (Warner) or any other free agent. Lets just spend what little money we have on other key needs and our draft picks. There is no sense in signing a guy that is going to turn around and hand the ball off 70% of the time. We have 3-4 guys on the roster that can do that now. I only see this changing if the Jets think they can get an absolute stud receiver in the draft. If this happens I could see Warner or someone of his passing capabilities coming to town.

I liked what I saw in Ratliff last Summer. I think he has the making of a good NFL QB. I'd like to see him get a chance against first team defenses in the Exhibition games & then go with whoever looks more impressive Ratliff or Clemmens.

This is the most ridiculous post I've seen all day.

Sam Bradford and Mark Sanchez are both better pro prospects than frail McCoy.

    "Run Whatcha Brung"

Stick with our 3 stooges for 2009. The 2010 QB class is going to be sick.

I hear what you're saying, but that will only work if have a solid D this year, to keep the games low scoring & so we don't face any multiple TD deficits. I assume that was a big reason for getting Rex, but it may be risk that could go ugly if the passing D continues to be suspect and we can't keep running. There's also something to be said for keeping the other team's D honest & not stacking 8 in the box every play by having credible downfield capabilities.

Erik Ainge is better than all other garbages combined. And Erik isn't even the best QB on the roster. Go figure.

A battle between Clemens, Ratliff, and either Freeman or Nate Davis

Looking at the three runner-ups, Bulger, Leftwich and Anderson, um, if any of these guys beat out Clemens/Ratliff for the top spot, I think I'll be sick.
