    I'm with winston on this one, Chad goes into the bye week as the starter and comes out of it as the backup.

    Mangini needs to remove his head from Chad's ass.

    When is he going to see the light?

    Granted Schotty's playcalling today wasn't anything to brag about, but 128 yards, no TD's and an INT.

    How can he NOT be the problem?
