I think the only album I have of Vader's is The Untimate Incantation. It was an allright album but I grow weary of the thrashy sound after a couple of songs. Is their newer stuff any different?
They have a good live album. They're def. a good band and every once in awhile they hit the spot...but I mainly prefer the faster more old school american death metal.
Well, theyve kind of changed their sound since they lost Doc on drums. I guess you could say its become less thrashier. Revelations and The Beast were both slow(er) albums compared to their old stuff. Revelations is my personal favorite album by them, but The Beast (their last album) was a bit of a disappointment. Their newest album, Impressions in Blood, is due in Septemeber, and is supposed to be the fastest Vader to date. Ive heard some clips, and it sounds ok, but I still like the Doc-era sound most

The guitarists and drummer for Avenged Sevenfold are pretty impressive, I just can't get past those ridiculous stage names though.

I guess that guy has only listened to the new cd. Which I agree wasn't that good, but if he listened to the old stuff he would atleast notice that they were at least somewhat Metal (Darkness Surrounding is pretty good actually) and the only reason that they sound like that now is because they have to (The lead singer bursted one of his vocal chords while playing darkness surrounding.) Plus he said I won't like good music until im atleast 17. Well then I guess that guy isnt a fan of Children of Bodom, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse, and Behemoth:grin:
