You are insecure. You felt you would get respect from people and get babes by rooting for a winner.

The fact that I live in New Jersey and there's more Cowboys fans than Patriots fans here, I have to go with "America's Team".

I'm from upstate (Saratoga area) and have been a Jets fan since the mid 60's.

    Quit while you're behind.

I like the Knicks for christ sake! Is that bandwagon to you? Shiiiiit I don't think so. People relate to the Steelers more in upstate NY because of the blue collar hardworking mentality that they have. It's more than a fanbase dude, it's a family and we are very loyal.

Sorry dude, you're clearly a bandwagon fan. Who did you like before you switched to the Steelers at 27 years old?

I think he's saying he's 27 now and became a steelers fan in '96 when he was about 11 or 12.

Annnnnnnnnd how long have you had your fresh Sanchez jersey? Awwww the painful years are so hard for your fanbase. You ever meet any Clowns, Bengals, or Lions fans? Thats true suffering. You guys are just a bunch of woe is me sorry NYC assholes that have nothing better to do than call us bandwagon jumpers. The Jets are an excuse for your shitty Mets lol.:eek:hmy::smile:

Well he didn't correct Willie the first time around so until I see it, I think he was 27 when he switched.

So when did you become a Penguins fan? Bet it was post 2005. Can't see you rooting for a Crosby/Malkin-less shitty hockey team.

I bet he also started rooting for the Yankees in 1996 and that he was a Pirates fan at first. When Barry Bonds left town, this YankeeSteel character had to find a new baseball team.
He stated he likes the Steelers "because of the blue collar hardworking mentality", ye he also likes the big city white collar Yankees.

This YankeeSteel geek is full of it.

Definition of a "Real" Yankees fan - Any Yankees fan who knows who Oscar Ozocar is.

I started watching football in 1985 when I was 8 and was a Jets fan from then on. And I grew up in upstate NY around a bunch of other Jets fans.

It's OK to admit you're a bandwagon fan. Why won't you tell us who you were a fan of before you changed to the Steelers though? Niners?

Pirates? Ummmm no Yanks fan since birth, and Steeler fan since the mid 90's. God you guys are WORSE than Ravens fans! Well I mean Ravens fans are pathetic at insulting people since their IQ is about the level of a mentally retarded child. Ravens-Jets same breed of insecurity!

Nope didn't really root for any teams before the Steelers. Have been to Three Rivers and Heinz Field numerous times and LOVED the experience. There is no experience like either one of those stadiums. Myron Cope's voice over the broadcast booth, and Bill Hillgrove calling the shots. Watching legends such as Polamalu, Harrison, and Woodley annihilate a Ratbird or Pile of Green turd. Ahhhh it's gonna be nice hoisting up that Lamar Hunt trophy once again. Then we got bigger and better things to do. Like play in a championship game where we break Aaron Rodger's legs for blowing off a cancer patient.

You already lost but I'll give you some more attention since you like it. All bandwagon jumpers love attention.

You absolutely cannot cite the Steelers blue collar mentality as a reason you like the team and then turn around and root for the Yankees who are the antithesis of that.

Why did you wait until 27 to jump on the bandwagon?
