I know this team lacks the talent to be a winner right now and was fan of the hire. My biggest problem with salah is that the team not ready to play on Sunday, no energy, no burst. The D cut up with Swiss Army knife, with 1st drive TDs and the O with 3 and outs? That has been the script most games. Cmon. I thought he was supposed to be a motivator, leader of men. He should show up next week with a chrome head, looking like Destro from GIJoe when I was a kid.... then he would have a built in excuse, because the bad guys always lost in that cartoon.
I don't know how much more I can watch. I think I predicted 5 wins for the season so it's not like I didn't know we were going to lose a lot, it's the getting our doors blown off repeatedly that's disheartening....and this has to fall on Saleh.
I think the thing that concerns me most is that they though in their game prep they would prioritize playing Buffalos run game......what???? Did they not watch this team before today?
I think when Bowles let his boy Kacy run the defense it was awful, but when he took the reigns for a bit, it got better. Saleh’s gonna have to babysit Ulbrich because clearly what he’s doing and calling isn’t working. Sometimes you gotta do things yourself…again Saleh was the defensive mind not Ulbrich.
