Its cool, i hear where your coming from ( usualy th jets dont win these types of games). The only cure to this SOJ problem is good superbowl title.

I got a good laugh seeing all the doomsday in the first few posts. My son and I were saying after seeing the pass interference against Leonard in the end zone that Rex needs to STFU with all this brash talk. Seems the officials are making more BS calls against the Jets this year. Thought that PI was very borderline and the personal foul against Ellis on Stafford on the side line was just ridiculous. Certainly would like to see the Jets play a solid kick ass game from beginning to end. They haven't been playing that great but have found a way to win 3 of the last 4, which certainly is a welcome change.

Rex and Sanchez are both sophomores. We are going to have ups and downs thats just how it is, luckily our team is talented enough as well as Rex and Mark that our ups will make up for our downs.

Rex wants to be the coach every player wants to play for and as a consequence he doesn't want to discipline his players in fear of "being disliked" and ultimately the Jets average 7 penalties a game.

I agree with all except SOJ. Cut that shit out. This isn't SOJ and hasn't been since late last year. Leave that loser mentality in your mind and don't pollute the rest of us with your shitty thoughts

Nonsense. Players want to win more than they want to have an easy ride. No way Rex is easy on them.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG.................

The Jets are undisciplined, without a doubt. It is really fucking annoying, that I do agree.

However, for the whining moronic douche bags complaining about Rex being too easy on the Jets..... Which team was more physical? Which team wore down at the end? Which team had players basically falling down hurt every play because of the physicality of the game? I will give you a clue, it wasn't the Jets.

Sorry, but please stick the coddling, too easy on the players bullshit up your ass!

Like it or not...this is the absolute truth.

Although a SuperBowl appearance would be nice.

Rex is still learning how to be a head coach and he is doing a hell of a job. He is having to make decisions he has never have to make in a game before. When he gets it, which I believe he will he is going to be a fantastic coach. He is doing better than a lot of coaches the Jets have over the past 20 years. Some of the people on this board make 6-2 seem like a shit record. 2 losses in 6 games I will take that any day. Sure they have issues but what team in the nfl doesn't have issues.

This is my favorite jets team. There have been a bunch of them but this best ever. Now lets make the last time we need to win from behind this year and crank our offense up

For sure. I mean, I don't think Rex has really addressed the Jets issues very well yet, but like you said, he's learning. The reassuring thing is that the only (close) to complete game this team put together was against the Bills and they're 6-2. So that'll work.

That would make the Jets 12-4 at the end of the season. That number is usually good for a division title which the Jets are still on track to do. They can drop a game for every four they play and end up 12-4. It won't be easy every single week will be a dog fight so how is 6-2 not a good record. I just can't believe people would take a 6-2 record and run it through the soj machine and be discouraged by it.

Great Post and I agree on all fronts. For all of you SOJ people who still can't see the light, just keep asking yourselves how many times the "Same Old Jets" have come back from 10 points down on the road with under 4 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter to win a football game. The culture of this team is anything but SOJ.
