Honestly, at this point, call me crazy but I think Powell should be the starter moving forward. He's proved to be durable, he fights for extra yards, and takes care of the football. i understand he isn't a true, desired number one RB in he NFL, but he pass blocks well, and does the little things right. Something a rookie QB needs to succeed. I'm ok with him starting moving forward. Obviously a healthy Ivory and Goodson help, but at this point he's proven himself enough the get the nod, in my opinion (for what it's worth).
injured..... that's his role. Which is too bad considering we haven't really seen much of him. I don't expect Powell to put up these numbers all the time but if he can build out from this as a smart runner with a bit of flash from Goodson we could be alright,
