    If that's the case then i would trade with the raiders and go to 7 and the extra pick.

    Trade down to the 7.

    If the Raiders aren't willing to trade for the 4 the bite the bullet and take Ferguson on the 4.

    Leinart is 50/50 to make it in the NFL and if he does make it it might very well be at the productive starter level, which with 4th pick QB money would absolutely suck.
