Just beat the Fins and I'm ok with a mulligan year. Belichik was 5-13 his first 18 games with the Pats. We'd have run him out of town before Mo made him a rock star. A win against the Raiders buys Gase a lot of slack but getting swept by a bad Fins team just makes the drop deeper.

That Ravens game is why I suspect Mosely hasn't had surgery/been put on IR yet. I'm sure he has it circled on his calendar. That's going to be an interesting game because it's not your typical #1 rush defense vs. #1 rush offense. Stopping the dive plays really does hurt the QB ride plays where he can keep or pull it. It'll be fun to see if we have anyone that stop it when Jackson pulls it. I imagine it'll be a big Neville Hewitt or Copeland game if we do. Burgess scares the hell out of me in space.
actually, this Jets team matches up decently with the Ravens. They won't be able to run all over us like they do the rest of the league. And I'm not scared of their defense. the Ravens are a better team of course but I would not mark that one as an obvious loss
What you accept or don't has zero to do with the Jets record at the end of the year. You should have made more money, had more sex, dropped more acid, traveled more. etc., etc., etc... Should is a word for losers moments before they die.
