The theme is they dislike his attitude and bravado which you are claiming are aspects of his race and thus disliking those things equates to disliking his race. Of course Russell Wilson was equally disliked in the most recent poll about disliked QB's and he doesn't behave that way. You can argue that is simply because all black QB's are disliked, but if that's the case why are you attempting to argue the dislike is pointed to other traits that equate to his race and not making the argument that fans simply hate black QB's? That's because you would the have to actually address the fact that traditional and boring white QB's like Brees and Eli are even more disliked than both Cam and Wilson, which couldn't possibly be if what is disliked about Cam is that he is not traditional and white. Clearly traditional and white isn't the trait that is beloved either. You can claim the dislike of the dancing is racism but you can't support it, and you only resort to those claims because it is an emotional claim that will illicit an emotional reaction from people not smart enough or not interested in actually thinking about the validity of the claim because they simply want it to be the narrative. You like being able to be a victim, a racism provides that easily for you and gets you support from those who want to be advocates for it.
