If I look hard enough, from this time last year, I could find quotes where Terry Bradway was downright GIDDY about Jones playing RT... GIDDY!!!! He laughed in everyone's face when they wondered why we passed on a Jammal Brown and said JONES WILL BE OUR RT. For as giddy as the man was, I'd hope Jones could at least be adequate with a year more experience and Training camp without the Zone Blocking mess of last year.
Just acouple comments... Watch out for Issac Snell. I have watched alot of him in NFL Europe and think he has a chance to beat out Moore at RG. The guy has ALOT of talent. Don't let the NFLE label fool you. Also, I have been very critical of the concept of Jones playing at RT for us. I think we would be well served to find more of a drive blocker to anchor our running game. W/ that said, if Jones can put on some bulk and improve his run blocking, he could become a big time asset at RT. He combined w/ Ferguson, would give us the most athletic OT tandem, possibly ever. That would give us limitless capablities w/ our play book in terms of screens, sweeps and pass protection.
