Even if he made that pick 6 it would be like putting a banaid on a gunshot wound. We all know the offense will struggle until Zach can consistently hit screens with proper timing, TE's and medium passes. They don't need him to be the mad bomber just improve accuracy and timing. With a fast swarming defense it begged for more TE presence, I know Conklin caught 5 of 6 but that number should easily have been double give the lack of time Zach had. Where where Hall and Cook in the screen game? 1 target to Cook and 2 to Hall? dumb dumb dumb... its looking more and more like Hackett is as bad as his dad. Zero intelligence in game planning, zero adjustments but hey lets put Zach in a situation we know he's not capable of handling yet and make him force bad throws to try to make something happen instead of reading what their D is doing and scheme around it for favorable plays. To me what, aside from Hackett being an idiot with no brain, cost them the game was a piss poor defensive game plan. Dallas has 2 real weapons, Lamb and Pollard. Lamb caught 11 out of 13 targets and Pollard caught 7 of 8. The D did okay in the run game for the most part but awful scheme to stop their 2 weapons. That is on the coaching staff for not targeting and game planning for their only 2 real weapons. The O line is what we thought they were, the coaches need to deal with it with proper game planning and they failed miserably in that regard.
A few things I would like to see this week or even next week: Ruckert over Uzomah. Uzomah stinks. Guy isnt TE2 anymore Cobb shouldn't be active. Rodgers isn't here this year. Hardman and Gipson need to get his playtime Prob Give Brown 1 or 2 more weeks and then move AVT to tacke. Idk if I would put him at RT and move Becton to LT when Becton has been our best OL atm If you want Bawden to be active and on the roster, play him and run behind AVT/Becton/Ruckert on the right side Tippmann should start this week at C

These are some really good suggestions imo. I do think AVT to RT, and Becton to LT makes sense tho. Might have to consider benching Tomlinson too. Time to see what Tippman and Schweitzer can do. Also really need more 12 and 21 personnel. I understand the thought process of putting out 4 WR sets, to get the defense spread out giving a little more room to work. But with a QB that doesn't process quickly, and an OL not giving him any time, it's not working in the least. With 12 personnel i agree more Ruckert. Let him help the OT's in pass pro, and add to the run game. Also get both the TE's much more active in the passing game. See if Cook can contribute more in the passing game too, as his rushing hasn't been good. Likewise with Bawden in 21. Hall ready for more snaps as well. Watching the Patriots last night, it was 2TE sets most of the time, as they also have a limited QB.

Spot on. unfortunately we have a politician as a head coach and class clown as OC. You think after stinking for so long on offense the jets would have drafted someone with savant like skills as an offensive coordinator. But no, we go down the defensive coach rabbit hole. I wish the front office would just read some of members posts. Maybe it will switch a light bulb on and they will act on some of our recommendations.

I don’t know if i trust saleh here. When AVT came out last year at LT v Pitt no one knew until the first snap of the game. Why would saleh every admit they’re changing or starting a different OL? Him wanting to get ruckert on the field is a massive win and means he realizes he’s an elite blocker. His game tape has been incredible — literally blocking people off the screen. Hopefully we see an OL change next week the latest
