It is really a choice between the left or the right nostril.

Whilst ideally I don't want a TE with our first pick , if they are the BPA then I would be happy with that.
For the record I would like Blalock or one of the kick ass DEs floating around.

Olson would be a big booster to our offense. We have two very capable WRs, a good power pack, a good scat back and we're build a good offensive line, what we need is a good TE and Olson could be great.

What would you give for the next Heap, Gates or Gonzales? The #25 pick!

We also need a good QB but it looks like we will be watching noodle arm for at least one more season.

    I voted for DT but:

    1. The biggest priority should be given to DT. Run defense has to improve, period.

    2. At 25, though, I realistically don't expect any quality NT worthy of 1st rounder to be there. This year's DT crop is pretty thin, and Alan Branch isn't even the greatest DT prospect to begin with.

    3. Realistically, thus, I would like to see the Jets go to OL in 1st round. If they can grab Justin Blalock in 1st rd, Beekman/Grubbs in one of the 2nd rounder, and a NT/OLB (Lamarr Woodley?) with the other 2nd rounder, that would make me a happy man. (If they go OLB in 2nd, they would have to go NT with 3rd rd pick, however.)

If the Jets go with TE/CB/WR on any of the 1st day pick - that would make me puke.
