What are we going to do for a QB if we don't draft one?

do any of u seriously think we have a shot at being good next year...screw good, what about even half decent. we're going to suck no matter who we pick next season. we are in a REBUILDING STAGE at this point. and yes, there will be other qbs next year in the draft and some as FA's and we should look into them NEXT YEAR. do u serioulsy think that cutler, leinart, or young can take us to a superbowl next season if we do draft them anyway. there are too many holes to fill on our team right now to be worrying about who the QB of our future is going to be, much less the superbowl. pennington is a long shot and everyone knows that, thats why we got ramsey. he was a first round pick for a reason and steve spurrier ruined him, but i live in MD and watched him play, alot. and i definitely think he still has something left in him. we just need to build up that O-line because if we dont, it will be sack city in the jets backfeild, no matter who our QB is next season.

Alot of Redskins fans were saying Ramsey didn't really get a fair shake, and we will not officially know about Chad until the preseason at least. If we don't draft Leinart, Young, or Cutler I really don't think there is any point in taking one.

Ramsey has a cannon and Heimerdinger likes to go deep, so if Mike puts together a system that Ramsey can understand and not be forced to make too many hard throws, in other words a system that plays to Ramsey's strengths, then I think he could arry us toour 6-10 season. We're not gonna do anything big this year so I am not all that worried about it.

I think everybody is underestimating Ramsey. I think he will be better then most people think. In 2003 he and Coles hooked up for close to 1000 yds and 6 tds. Thats not bad. Given time he can develope into a good QB. If healthy i expect Ramsey to put up numbers like 3200 yds, 21 tds, 10 ints. They still need to draft a Qb and all the names you here OLsen,Croyle,Jacobs,Whitehurst, all are possable. If not you go with Chad and Brooks or cut Brooks to save money and let Kingsburry be your 3rd QB. If Ramsey doesnt workout there are 5 to 6 real good QBS coming out next year to choose from. But i do believe the Jets think they can turn Ramsey into a full time starter. They have too many holes to fill and must get impact starters with there 1st three picks. They cant take a chance on one of those QBS because none of them are a sure thing. Build a foundation first. Go Jets.

Check it out in 2003 he played 11 games. He had 2166yds,14tds,9 ints. Check your stats before you look for weed.

Man, no response from Al yet, I think he might blow a gasket this time. I'm pretty sure I hear steam leaking somewhere.

This (.) is a period. A period signifies the end of a sentence. When the sentence is completed, immeadiately place the period sign after the last word like so. To start a new sentence, simply press the space bar and begin typing again.

    Example:

I went fishing. I love fishing. Fishing is fun.

    Hopefully this helps.

But that is when Gibbs came in and totally screwed him up. Gibbs never liked him in the 1st place. Throwout 2004 and 05. He gets a new fresh start with us.

We dont NEED a QB, because if you dont have an O-Line to protect the QB it doesnt matter if you have Montana back there, its going to fail. Either wait untill next years draft or free agency and get a QB there or take a QB in the later rounds this year (Brodie Croyle, Omar Jacobs, Charlie Whitehurst)

Don't worry about Quarterbacks. We have to assure ourselves of defense with the recent 3-4 switch. We could easily pick up Croyle in the draft and try to bring him up into this system. We'll be fine. We're not going to make a superbowl run this year unless the 25 other teams that are better than us have a sudden collapse. If we draft Brodie Croyle or someone else and he isn't showing any promise, then next year could be the year to make a QB move. This year is the year of the Defense and Offensive Line.

I have been against drafting Leinart all along but recently I have been coming around. I still would like Mario Williams but I dont think that I woudl be completely dissapointed with Leinart
