Sanu has always seemed to me to be rather underrated he did well feeding off the scraps left by AJ Green at the Bengals and now he is making a good amount of catches at the Falcons but he is 29yo now.
I really feel this is more an attitude issue than the actual injury. Pryor was our #4 receiving option at the start of the season and despite all his physical talent never got about that.He displayed laziness on the field in effort and route running so I can only imagine what he was like in practice. So a #4 WR who provides 0 on special teams and is a attitude problem was an easy cut despite our injuries at the position. A team with an established vet locker room and a chance at a deep playoff run would be wise to add him simply for the red zone, but he was a terrible fit for a young team learning to win in the NFL.
I have no idea but it's very strange that as thin as we are at WR and as mild as the injury APPEARS to be, I can't think of another reason for him to be summarily cut.
In other words, he was probably being a bitch. Not to mention that he's not worthy of signature hair!
There is a reason this dude has bounced around with 3 teams in 3 years. If I ever have to see one of his cheese dicked halfassed routes again, I'll puke. He was worth a flier, but peace out.
