I was a Herm supporter, and to be honest I don't remember him ever getting this kind of support from the fans. He seemed to be pretty disliked for imaginary reasons (like Green Guy's claim that he ruined James Farrior's career for example) right up until he skipped town. I really don't mind optimism; in fact I like it a lot considering how many darksiders this site has had over the last few seasons. But there's optimism and then there's stupidity, which is the only word to describe claiming that Bills fans are pretending to dislike Teague because they're so upset that he's gone.
If I'm correct Teague won an award for best Lineman as voted by the Buffalo fans this year. My impression is that he a very consistent player who has good read recognition on the line and is tough and nasty. In other words he gets the job done without much fanfare.
Every time I see DeWaynes cap number I want to vomit. And to think I was giddy with excitement when we drafted him... because of him I am a firm believer in never trading up!

I'm a bit confused... We cut Mawae because of the "youth" movement, yet we bring in Teague who is a year or two younger than Mawae....
