Not easily and looking less likely with the market the way it is. We would have to sign Mo long term, get Fitz for no more than 10 million, Snacks for no more than 5-6 million, and Powell for 2-3 million. Macc may have to go to Plan B.
its been a while but i think you: go to menu select settings salary cap on/off select off return to main menu. but that was like madden 2009. not sure if its still the same today
Why is it that other team resign their own players or have guys take pay cuts while every single free agent of ours wants to be the highest paid guy at his position? Last year Fitz made $3.5 mil now he is suddenly worth $15 mil? Ivory broke down at the end of the season and wasn't available when we needed him most so he gets $6.5 mil? Let these guys play for the Browns or the Jaguars and watch them come crawling back next time.
Boy, at this point Plan 9 may be the only thing that can right this thing in the end. Plan 9 From Outer Space......Lmao. That's what it's gonna take.
a good coach is important. in the NFL more then any other sport. but if you look around the league you will see good coaches on teams that are bad. because you still need a QB and Gm making the right roster decisions. Also, we dont need to rebuild... because we are currently in the middle of a rebuild. Mac pumped the breaks on it a little bit last year adding some older vets, but we just tore down the roster, we have plenty of top 10 players who will be cut in the next year or two, and we have a ton of key positions to fill (QB, Edge Rusher, Tackle, CB) moving forward. We are talented enough to make a run for the playoffs, but no one should be disillused into think we arent still currently in that rebuild process. Mac needs to get off the treadmill, make the tough decisions, live with what decision he made in his gut, and then get to work drafting the next starters for this teams future. if we make the playoffs great, if not great. bowles isnt going anywhere and if he is a good coach he still will be in a few years.
