Yup. It’s always next year for the Jets. Things will be better next year. I’ve seen 52 next years. But NEXT YEAR will be different
It is the first year coaching staff with a rebuilt team. What was your expectations this season Superbowl? We won two games last year.
Hope and hype is funny, and that's what you're relying on. I'm pretty sure I've been a fan since before you were born and I gave up on those things long ago it's easy for me to see beyond the hype when the situation continues to show it is hopeless. I'd like to know how you came to the conclusion that Woody Johnson ever made changes because of fan movements. Are you sure he wasn't just slow in reacting to the crap his team was putting out the fans had already identified? I know he's not a football guy but it doesn't take one to read the standings at the end of every year. Yeah, yeah, yeah, new coaches, new players, injuries but why even bother to make changes if everything but the names remain the same? I don't see much difference between zero wins, two wins, or five; it's just churning around at the bottom of the league. Where's the progress in the defense getting worse by the week instead of better? There may have been a bit of change in the offense in the past few weeks, let's see progress every week. You're okay with not seeing improvement until next season but don't you want to see some signs that a year from now the team won't still be churning at the bottom of the league? If the OC and DC can't show sustained improvement for two months why keep the situation the same only for hope and hype to prevent it next year?
I just understand football a little more than you do. Your stick is getting old you are going on ignore.
Yeah, we've all seen the gullible sunshiner fans come out and play before, only to crawl back into their holes when they realize the Jets are a perpetual shitshow with no realistic ending in sight.
