Just because a player is holding a binder with words in it doesn’t make it a playbook. That’s like some kind of orientation manual.
Sam having fun with his friends... https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sb...15830982/sam-darnold-wakeboard-throw-usc-2017
It would be much more impressive if he did this on his knees while he was jumping out of a pool with a prosthetic hand.
I hate our media , Harping on Darnold fumbling again on the exchange... maybe just maybe it's the fault of the camp tryout center ??
Is this guy legit NY reporter? http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2018/05/jets_rookie_minicamp_sam_darnold_report_card_how_d.html
That guy will play both sides of the fence the whole way looking for clicks. If Darnold picks his nose he'll make an issue of it, and there's likely to be outrage from some fans lol. Welcome to the NY media. Pack of Hyena's
L.A. has those too...in abundance. Assholes like Petros Papadakis, Scott Wolf, Bill Plashke, and it goes on and on and on.
Welcome to the TGG..TY for your valuable input! Be prepared for a short Honeymoon...lol and for the Lambs to turn into Wolves here..if Sam has some growing pains (TOs) But the Old Guard has patience so don't worry..
I was listening to Rex Ryan on the Mike Greenberg show a while back. Not that I pay much credence to his QB knowledge, but while complimenting Sam he said something that really troubled me. He mentioned that his biggest concern about Sam is not his propensity for turnovers by his throwing motion. I might have it wrong, but he said that his release and the ball trajectory and how the nose dips down could be trouble in the NFL. I have no clue as to what he was referring too. Has a similar concern been expressed by others? His throwing motion looks pretty good to me, may be a little unorthodox, but so what.
They are correct, though the timing of the defender has to be perfect too. Sam brings the ball down by his waist. If a hand is there, the ball is coming out.
Just stating the FACTs as they exist. If U give Belly a rating of 10 out of 10 the Bowles IMHO gets a rating of 1 out of 10. In fact IMHO Chris J would have vastly improved the team by hiring somebody who would have rated at least 7 out of ten. Chris just like most fans on this board is totally completely over estimating Bowles ability to be innovative HC like Belly of Pedersen are
Who was the “7 out of 10” coach available that you thought cj should hire? Specific names are always welcome.
That is the job of MCC & CJ both of who flunked the test to finally make the NYJs become a quality team. Since U know so much about FB why do U not suggest several names. For one we blew the chance at Pedersen over Bowles. IMHO I will say again so long as TB is o I think we blew it when we stayed with TB over the Eagle coach for one. Maybe we blew again with the Ram coach vs TB. IMHO so long as TB is our HC we will never become a elite team Darnold or no Darnold Who do U think are better HCs then TB
