Quality signing. Special teams is 1/3 of the game. Can't afford to lose games/give up points & field position due to special teams mistakes.
So far... four excellent acquisitions that fit the team needs. Two absolute sleepers at LB and special teams. Methodic, well though out by JD with great value that matches the Jets plan. Wish one of your posts could be that good.
The Jets let Cannon go last year right after Boyer raved about him as a special teams gunner. This move makes up for that loss and gives Boyer a much needed piece for his squad.
What we're seeing so far - and I expect will continue - is JD following his plan, looking for "his" guys.
Special teams is very important. I could’ve sworn I remembered you as a good poster but you must’ve gone senile. Every one of your takes is bonkers.
Saint fans are crediting him as the primary reason their ST was so elite last year. Great under the radar signing here.
Dude owns a Papa Johns. I'm only a bit schedule because it's brutal garbage, but I imagine it's a big money maker if Shaq is on the board. He knows how to make money.
Haha, owning a Papa John’s Pizza joint gets no traction in the NYC area. The Pizza bar is set quite high around here.
Saints fans LOVED him and are really sad to see him go. He was really good and a true favorite. In fact his jersey sales were the most popular over the last 3 years. He even out-sold Drew Breeze by 200, 300, and 700 jerseys last year. He's THAT loved! WOW! OK OK I made all that shit up but Mann he's gonna be fun to watch! SO glad JD isn't just focusing and A+ players and is looking out for the entire team. GO JD!!!
You lay that dig down as if earning 1.5m a year for running fast and hitting hard is a shit thing to be doing with your life? I'd swap right now, thank you very much.
