Fuck yes, this team finally found a free safety. Commence the whining about corner and wideout. From morons.

I absolutely love this pick. We've needed a safety for a long time and I'll take Pryor and run no problem!!

We have plenty of picks left to make moves. WR is deep this year so I'm fine with how it has worked out. Pryor is an absolute beast, holy cow our defense is going to be rock solid next season.

I like it. Two young potential studs at each level of the defense now, with Wilkerson/Richardson, Davis/Coples, and Milliner/Pryor.

I really thought we would take Manziel.I think it would have been a bold move and a smart one.Vick is a backup and who knows what Geno is gonna be

I love the guy and I honestly didnt think we were going to pick him. Its nice to have a safety who can tackle in the open field. The guy is an intimidating force back there and not much gets passed him.

I wanted a receiver, but we both agreed getting a free safety that can lay the boom can help make the defense complete.

Very happy with the pick. They call him Earl Thomas-lite

lol. Weren't you complaining about holes like 3 weeks ago? I think we need to complain about TGG holes, because you are a big one.

Last I checked the Jets still have 11 more picks. My point was they need a good WR, and not one that is a project player. They can still trade up into round 1 again. Or they can stay put in round 2. I don't know what their plan is. I just want to see a good offensive weapon, no matter what day of the draft it is.

Most likely a dumb question...but which two start out of the rotation of Pryor, Allen, Reed and Landry? I'm guessing Pryor and Allen with the veterans rotating in??

As much as I wanted Cooks or Beckham, I can't really complain about this pick. Aside from Bush, the Jets didn't have a single FS on the roster to my knowledge. While he may be more of a SS, I think he is probably better at coverage than Allen. If the Jets can bring back Ed Reed to mentor Pryor, he could be something special. He can be our last line of defense.

Now, picks in the 2nd & 3rd rounds damned well better be at WR and TE. Eff the defense. The Jets need to spend some high picks on the offense.
