I totally understand where you are coming from as being a Leeds fan I am in the same predicament. I am drawn to the Jets although I know they will be bad for me just like Leeds but the highs will be really good highs.
Hi all, I've been "listening" to you guys for a while already, like a fly on the wall, but after what I saw yesterday evening I had to register and express myself, it really hurt, big time. We've been living in NJ for 4 years, originally from Europe, die hard fan of the best soccer club in the world, and now I can't really explain why I root for the Jets, but I really do, and I know it's bad times, really bad, I am not blind, but can't change it. You change cars, wives, houses, religion, and even your effing face you can change, but the two things you can't change in this life are the sport clubs you root for and your biological family. Don't take me wrong, I love football too, gridiron football I mean, lol, I remember how I learned the rules, plays, etc. countless hours playing Joe Montana PC game in the early 90s... However, back in the day, growing up in Europe made it impossible to follow the NFL. Bottom line, I love sports
