Terrible utterly terrible. Fuck this franchise. Going into the draft I would've said their only strengths were corner and defensive line.. Needs were literally everywhere else. What do they draft? Fucking Jets.

Rex needs to stay the fuck out of the war room. Joke of a pick. This guy isn't nearly as good as Star as anyway. God they will be tough to watch next season

You know who we should have gotten at #13?

    A BLOODY QUARTERBACK!

Dirt is more explosive than our offense.

QB's are still ripe for the taking. Don't mind these players they were obviously high on Jets draft board. I believe Austin was their #1 guy but he was taking ahead of us.

Bingo, why does this organization need to be the red headed step child. The rich get richer, the Giants made a great pick with a versatile linemen and the stleeler get an OLB many picked in the to 5 before his spinal issue. Why do the Jets feel the need to reach

Posted in another thread as well, but applies here too with regards to the selections:

I'm absolutely LOVING this. Build the best talent you possibly can with the high-value picks. It's a really simple and effective model in any facet of business, and something that many of us have been begging for over the years.

Taking BPA with the high-value picks is how you build the rosters/teams that encounter success over longer periods of time. I have no idea if these picks will work out, but I couldn't be happier with the reasoning behind them.

I'm sure if we want to we can still get a qb - Manuel is the only one that was taken so far - we could trade up or sit tight and still get a qb.

Because the 4 DTs we have already clearly aren't enough! That is a stupid thought process UNLESS you need in every position. We picked up 2 picks in areas we were already okay in. Memo to the idiots in the Jets front office, you cant win with only defense anyone and a trash offense.

Holmes, Hill, and Goodson are explosive. And Kerley to an extent.

Thought process of people who like this pick:

Geno Smith is BPA, so Ravens should take him.

Next round Glennon is BPA when the pick, so again, they take a QB

Are we seeing how stupid it is just be adamant about taking BPA?...Yes, it's a good base ideal, but you have to make that fit within other parameters such as NEEDS.

    Worst draft since Kyle Brady.

People are talking about need need need but who would the Jets have taken at 9 and 13 with the board laid out like that? Warmack at 9 is the ONLY consideration but people would have been rabbling "GUARD IN THE TOP TEN!? This franchise is a joke!" Please nobody say Eifert at #13. I can't remember any first round tight end who has remotely lived up to the selection. If the Jets had gone after need they would have drafted two busts plain and simple.

The team is a bomb disaster- when drafting for a bomb disaster, you go BPA

Not like we need one final piece to win it all...

    Follow the process. Stay disciplined.

What do you expect him to say? We wanted Jordan and Austin so we panicked and took a CB?

Do you remember Rex Ryan coming out and saying they had Kyle Wilosn rated as their top CB? Kenrick Ellis was a 1st round talent but his off field issues dropped him? DeMario davis has the leadership skills of Ray Lewis? It never ends.... they will continue to blow smoke up our asses.
