Jabari Greer just ran through what looked to be 26 Atlanta offensive players. Jesus Christ. Is anyone going to stop the Saints this year? Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?
Greer picks off Ryan and takes it to the house. 6th defensive TD for the Saints this season. That killed the Falcons right there.
what a backbreaker. Falcons were playing with them for almost the whole half, but the Saints get a fast TD drive and then the pick 6. 14 points like that.
The blocked FG when it was 14 all certainly didn't help either. Since that play it has been all Saints.
I was annoyed that the game wasn't on WFAN, but they put it on at 10 PM after the stupid Nets game. Falcons are going to try a long field goal to end the half. Ryan just badly underthrew White. Terrible kick by Elam and it's 28-14 at the half. I don't like Elam as a kicker. He doesn't have much of a leg anymore. Besides, he used to kick in the thin air in Denver, which is a big advantage for a kicker on field goals and kickoffs.
Matt Ryan gets that blank stare look on his face, on the sidelines, just like Mark Sanchez does.... Geeeeeeeez the pressure!!!
I do believe the football gods are going to finally give the saints their chance on 2/7/10, in Miami, to bring home the Lombardi for the first time.
I read your PM and was to send a reply but either your PM box is full or you set it up to not received PMs. So, here's what I wrote- I wasn't at the game and hadn't heard anything about the Hill ceremony. Thanks for letting me know about it and no problem with the back-and-forth we had. I really don't enjoy arguing with anyone here, but unfortunately it's unavoidable at times.
What? Did I hear that right? The Bucs are wearing their old Bucco Bruce unis next week? That will be nice. (I abhor their current uniforms.)
