We can make the same exact excuses its dumb. Bottom line is the score was 17-16 until Calvin Pryor got hurt. Brady began to pick on our backup safety who is not very good. Also our best running back and 1st or 2nd most important offensive player was playing at best 75% due to a hamstring injury and did not have the same burst as usual.
We can't really complain about the Marshall TD drop, because Edelman also dropped a wide open TD. But how about the Sheldon strip sack that got kicked by an offensive lineman right back into Brady's hands? Would have given us the ball on the 30 and we had numbers to recover the fumble if it didn't get kicked right to him somehow. Lucky.
