Shula definitely cheated when he watered down the field before the AFC Championship game. Teams are not allowed to make the playing field worse for play. The cheating probably drove Walt Michaels out of football because he became obsessed about the watering during the week before the game and then went on a binge afterwards, causing the Jets to fire him. Mangini and Rex were both fixated on Belichick and his cheating. Bowles seems to be taking it all in stride, which is a good thing.
We are as good as our weakest links, and Brady already knows who they are. Here's looking at you Demario Davis and Dexter McDougle.
Because they get your WR's leveled by safeties and linebackers after the catch and the Jets need Decker and Marshall on the field.
If the Jets pass rush gets into Brady's head early I think we're going to win and maybe impressively. We need a Shaun Ellis special day out of Mo on Sunday.
We could lose both games to the Pats, still go 13-3 with this schedule and get a first round bye. Pats injuries are piling up. Ron
There's only one Patriots injury that could happen that would result in us getting swept and still winning the division. I won't even say it out of fear for jinxing the possibility.
I'd feel a lot more confident if our d-line had put on a better showing against the Redskins. Brady melts under pressure.
I thought you admitted yesterday that you don't go there? Yup sure. and why is there a username called 'embracethehate'?
No idea. Because it isn't all that original a phrase as it pertains to the Patriots? Tell you what... if you can somehow figure out a way to track my IP address or something and can prove I've ever clicked even once on that site, I'll donate $10k to charity of your choosing. I swear on my kids lives I have never been there. Not once. Back on topic... I think the two biggest injuries to watch this week are to Skrine and Cannon. Either one missing game would be a huge loss to the respective teams.
