I actually think of the jets the other way. They lose the games they should win and win the games no one expects them too.
My only hope for today is that Bowles shows that he's a competent HC and makes the adjustments in coverage that he should have made in the off season. I expect a heavy dose of Forte and Powell today that will keep the game close. This is one of the weirdest things I've posted on this forum, but I think we need to try to flush Russell Wilson from the pocket as much as possible early on. The worst thing we can do is assume he's healthy and play contain, allowing him to sit in the pocket and be a passer, which is probably exactly what he wants right now. We should come out with pressures and take advantage of the huge mismatch of our DL vs their OL and see just how healthy he really is. He's looked very limited these last 2 weeks. If he starts scrambling around and dicing us apart like his old self, then you ADJUST and play him like normal. This is the first game our DL has a chance to wreak havoc since week 1. Against the Bills they needed to be disciplined and keep their gaps to make Tyrod stay in the pocket, and against KC the ball got out so fast they didn't have time to do anything. Wilson likes to hold onto the ball and the Seattle line is very bad, our front can take over this game. And without their starting running back, I think we can contain both the running game and the passing game. Prediction: Jets come away with 6 sacks and hold the Seahawks under 90 yards rushing and 13 points. The question is whether or not Fitz and the offense without Decker can top that against one of the league's best passing D's. I honestly have no idea.
Oh, and don't turn the ball over obviously. We're going to give up way more than 13 points if they start possessions in plus territory.

I really hope we can get pressure against this bum ass offensive line with just 4. This defensive line is supposed to be the staple of this team and the strongest unit. We shouldn't have to blitz 6 to get pressure against one of the worst offensive line in football.
