One of the top 5 (top 2?) teams in the league (and one hell of a defense at that) versus arguably the worst team in the NFL with unquestionably the worst head coach? The Jags might have 50 by halftime.
He cant get comfortable in the pocket and is a matter of time til Robby implodes. Those 2 fumbles have kept him humble. If im busy that day i may just wait for the highlights.
Already have a tee time, which I usually never do on game days. Not passing up golf for this impending shit show...
When we played the Jags last year, we gave them a scare and we took them to OVERTIME , that alone tells me that there is no shot that they take this game lightly and will be prepared to play .This could get ugly early .
I can picture it now. We will probably play a solid game and lose by 3 points or so. We will hear how the jets played well against an excellent team with a beast of a defense!! "They could of even won with a different bounce of the ball!!!" UGH! The sad fact is we will be 1-3 with probably no shot at the playoffs!! The last 2 games totally bummed me out, i am sick of the same old mantra. "we should/could be 3-0" - What a joke. It appears to me now that we probably did know what plays were being run in the Lion's game.
We should make a thread every week dedicated to the upcoming game and everyone can post their thoughts on it there.
I know many times in the past, the Jets play up to real good teams and play down to lesser teams. But in this case, I think the Jags are absolutely going to steamroll this team.
I’ve learned when it comes to the Jets that when most people agree on something, they’re almost always wrong. That’s why I picked the Browns to win on Thursday. And it’s why I think Bowles rattles the crap out of Bortles with his blitzing and the Jets go on the road and handle the current AFC favorite. The Jets are like The Joker; agents of chaos. They live just to turn the football world on its head with maddening losses and shocking wins.
Well, the Browns were 3 point favorites, and most of the people on TV (for example) were picking them, so I don't see how most people were agreeing that the Jets were going to win on Thursday. Even here the thread that was put up predicting the outcome was split almost exactly down the middle. On the other hand, unless something truly bizarre happens in the game against the Titans tomorrow, everyone will undoubtedly agree that the Jaguars will beat the Jets handily, so you should have a good opportunity to implement your strategy next week.
And the darksiders can predict a loss each week, while the homers predict a win. I'm going to predict we win...I'm feeling lucky. Johnson & Johnson 28 Flex-N-Gate 17 Bortles has a horrid game. Jets score in all three phases of the game and win the turnover battle. After the game, Fowler begs his agent to push for the Jags to trade him to the Jets, because he wants to play for the great Solid Gold Bowles.
