Why did Fitz throw to Kerley on that 3rd down play? Enuwa was WIDE open right in the middle for a first.
The D elected to stay home today. Kind of figured the offense would sputter due to the losses. But the D come on.
Gailey calls too many deep patterns. And none of them have worked. The Fox crew talked about it. The medium routes are working so stick with that.
An Eagles team inexplicably starting the season 0-2. Hard to beat a desperate team with a lot of talent. Realistically, we didn't have much of a chance from the start.
Can't blame Fitz for Marshall's hiccups and that non pass interference call. He isn't Aaron Rodgers, and I am not expecting him to be.
Gailey called a pretty good game. It was the D that let us down today. We couldn't even stop the run, which is disgraceful with our front. We also missed Decker on offense.
what game were you watching today? He stayed with the run although it wasn't working. He stayed with the slant although it netted us nothing. When we were down, he still stayed with the slow plodding game and demostrated NO sense of urgency. Once the game got away from us, he asked Fitz to throw down field to a rookie that doesn't really know how to play his position yet. Gailey failed all day long. This may have been THE WORST gamplan in a decade. And that's the Truth4U.
I get that but damn we had three chances to atleast put up field goals which add up to 9 points. We would of been down 1 with time and timeouts
What?!?! He passes almost every first down, which is something we never did in the past, we were always so predictable, and now Gailey mixes it up nicely!!! Chan Gailey might be the best OC we've had in over 40 years! You can't blame him for drops by Enunwa and Devin Smith!
