Between doing that and the pick plays, they constantly get away with it..

This might've been the longest non-OT SNF game ever

way too much scoring. SNF typically ends like 11:35. This one ended 12:10

Not really the same at all. The Pats didn't fold up the tent at halftime.

Nah, not that debacle on Thanksgiving. I'm talking about the first game in the series. The one with the Hill drop and the Sanchez soccer kick safety.

So close to winning/making something happen and BAM big play...

But, I do admire the fact that you didn't let a team come in and shit all over you. A lot of teams did that today...

Broncos control the 2 seed and only have the Browns and Chiefs left.

If the Jets do make the playoffs, we are likely paying a visit to New England,

funny, Miami is not mathematically eliminated

I guess if they go to 8-8 and Pitt/Cin/Jets all lose (obviously pit/cin hth but besides that) they'd make it

Ravens still have a shot at the 3 although I'd bet heavily against that happening

Miami is finishing the season in NE, and if Brady is playing for a bye the fish are dead

I was getting those visions too, especially after the Niners scored that quick-strike TD to get the lead back...shade of the Fins getting a bomb for a TD after we tied it at 30.

Yeah, it was pretty poor. Dropped passes, fumbles, and dumb penalties.

I'm just glad they responded. The 49ers punched them in the face, and they didn't back down. But that 49er D is the most physical I've seen in a while.

The funny thing is, the Pats really deserved to lose this game. You can't make that many mistakes and beat a very good team.

I think this will be good for your team tbh. adversity always keep the players on their toes. pats have gone into the playoffs fat and soft for a few years now, i was hoping that happen again this year but this loss might wake them up

Luckily, they still finish out fat and soft (Jacksonville and Miami).

I can't see the Broncos losing to the Chiefs or Browns. Looks like a 3 seed for the Pats.

Man I was shittin my pants last night in that 4th quarter. I thought once nee england tied it they would most likely win. The game did seem to take longer then Sunday night games usually take though.

I would agree, just saying it's funny that they aren't mathematically out yet

Them making the playoffs is like 125/1

    http://www.foxsportsflorida.com/12/...ding_dolphins.html?blockID=836485&feedID=3798

Here is what needs to happen for the Dolphins to make the playoffs ...

    1. Dolphins win vs. Buffalo AND at New England

    AND

2a. Jets lose at Tennessee AND vs. San Diego OR 2b. Jets lose at Buffalo

    AND

    3. Bengals lose at Pittsburgh AND vs. Baltimore

    AND

    4. Steelers win vs. Cincinnati AND lose vs. Cleveland

The fumbling is disconcerting. I like Ridley's game but at what point does he become a liability? He can't fumble once a game, or every other game, and stay in the lineup. I was already holding my breath half the time he has the ball. Vereen got into into it too.

The 49ers are a very good team. Give them credit. But the Pats repeatedly shot themselves in the foot last night. This game should have been 50-17 or something like that.

Let's be fair, the 49ers offense also made a ton of mistakes. Missed FG, fumble in the redzone, Kap intercepted in the EZ. I would say the awful weather did have a lot to do with it.
