Disagree. Bench Demario, Cro and Pace, stop forcing the ball to Marshall and we're a contender. But since none of this is going to happen you're probably right.
You have got to be kdding me right? What kinda fan DOESN'T want that?? .. and for the Petty part...he's gonna have to face them sooner or later...he'd also have almost a full season of watching.. We'd see his progression.
Houston aint shit to be honest. WHAT POSSIBLE threat are they to us defensively? They got Hopkins and NOTHING. And we've got Revis, so they've got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Hoyer? Shiiiit, love ya navy blue downgraded when they gave us Fitzmagic. Theres Watt to worry about on O, but he cant be everywhere at once. Wilfork might make it difficult to run. But a motivated Fitz or hell even Smith can get us through as long as BM and Ed are healthy. I'm feeling confident, this is gonna be FUN.
I worry about Watts ripping Fitz's head off. Other than that I haven't paid attention to Houston this year.
Watt hasn't ripped anybody's head off so Fitz will be fine. Besides, we have Watt's kryptonite in Breno.
Bullock will make the claim all week over and over that its just another game to him. Then when we win he'll celebrate the midseason win like we won the fucking SB, flailing around like a child hoping desperately for someone to give him a gatorade bath. oh wait thats only something a certain coach would do
Wow, you sound more like a desperado gambler who just lost more than he can afford to on the game rather than a fan. If so, go vent elsewhere. If not, geesh, go elsewhere anyway.
I don't find this to be true. Let the man get the jitters out he hasn't played in a whole year and some. He's a tough runner that will compliment ivory well as another bruiser once he gets going. Plus we'll have Powell back soon. He was in really good shape this year now that he has a few weeks off he should come back with fresh legs
i'm sorry but we are underrating Houston. they suck this year, but watt is a huge mis-match for our OL. he's going to give fitz/geno huge problems, regardless of who starts.
There have been games this season where the Texans looked like the absolute worst team in football. They are likely to get blown out in Cincy tonight. I guess technically they still have something to play for in the AFC South, but their coach is on a very hot seat and their fanbase likely hates the team. If we jump on them early, they will fold. That said, I wouldn't bet money on the Jets right now. A game we "should" win but we have to play better than we have the past few weeks.
No excuses on this game. The Jets have to win. A poor football team with bad QB play on a short week while you had extra time to prepare. If the Jets lose this one they don't deserve to have playoff talks and Bowles will deserve any criticism he gets. Go down there and get it done
damn, just realized we've got 'em on a short week. Oh, I'm starting to lick my chops… gonna watch some football, gonna have some fun doing it too...
I wanna see us blitz the hell out of Hoyer. Right from the get go!! Make him be like a deer in headlights. Like someone else said, jump on them early and they will fold. They have one thing on their mind.. What pick are they getting
