    Houston is playing Monday, so we can all think about them then. Jets gain three days of prep, Texans lose one. If the Jets blow this one its over.

    I hate that our last 2 games are vs New England and then @ Buffalo. I was gonna say that if we're 7-7 and out of it, let Petty get his feet wet and get a regular season evaluation of how an entire season of developing did for him. But it's unfair to throw him against Brady/Belichick and then a tough Buffalo environment with a complex defense for his first 2 games.

    Didn't you get the memo? We lost to the Patriots and the Bills so that makes us the worst football team ever to set foot on the gridiron. Couple that with the worst HC in NFL history and we might as well not bother to play the rest of the season. Maybe if they blow Rex long enough to come back, things will be different. 5-4 is no different than 0-9 considering we were 12-4 last season..

    On to Houston!
