I missed that. I've half watching all game and I just look and saw Campell out there They have to do something with the helmets. They seem to be more weapons than protection.
it was from that hit in the first half, on the play where they said he was across the LoS. He stayed in the game but during the half they decided he had a concussion. Very odd. well the helmets they use are poor there have been helmets developed that have some 'give' (some kind of foam or similar type of thing that can absorb some force), but the NFL refuses to implement them.
Yeah, concussion tests are still tough and people still have it in them to "hide" injuries or they just don't know. I have heard about the foam helmets, but the NFL isn't 100% behind safety. They are 100% behind publicy being safe, but aren't fully into it. They want to protect the skill positions.
what a dumb throw dumps it off in the flat to forte with a guy right there clock keeps running, bears lose 2 campbell keeps doing this rather than trying to gain yards.
Chiefs have their first lead in game time for 8 games. Their one win happened in OT, so never led in it for any gam time
Gruden: "when you're playing a 1-7 football team, you can't give them any breaks." I see. So if you're playing an elite team, you can?
If the Chiefs end up beating the Steelers, the Jets season is not over and there might be a glimmer of hope.
Jon Gruden now saying Roethlisberger is the best QB in the NFL. I mean, he's good, but let's not get carried away here just because you're announcing a Steelers game. Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Peyton Manning. Then Roethlisberger, Ryan, Eli Manning, Schaub, etc.
