Yeah I didn’t really love it. I get giving them another look but the whole point of them spending a bagillion dollars and resources on the defensive line is that the guys are supposed to always be fresh. I know that the Diggs OPI was a penalty but that’s never called. That helped us a lot.
Can probably add Laken Tomlinson to duds. He was awful again. Just a continuation of 2022 for him. https://x.com/nyjace_/status/1702348100864508258?s=46&t=RCU1EI_2cEZzRLtLmi7Csg
I have to disagree with you on this. I distinctly remember that on one of the sacks or hits on Allen, McDonald was right there, and he would have gotten Allen, if the other Jet had not.
I disagree, especially when the D is expecting a run and not a pass. IMO that swings the odds in the favor of the offense. It worked out, so I'm not upset and not gonna kill Saleh for the decision, but that was coaching scared of a mistake/playing not to lose. We all know how that works out for teams. Hopefully, he develops more trust in Zach over the coming weeks (and Zach earns that trust) and he'll start being more aggressive and playing to win.
That reminds me of the Chargers playoff game when Cromartie laid up on tackling Shonn Greene. That was some intentional shit. Get rid of this loser.
I was really glad they called that. I like Diggs’s game he’s pretty bad ass but he does do that quite a bit, it was nice to see it called for once
Dud: NFL league office. Chazz got fined $4,833 for unnecessary roughness on punt TD "non call" yet Matt Milano nothing for his shot to Zachs head.
THIS!!! Any real QB (Herbert, Mahomes, Jackson, Tua for sure!) gets that fucking call every single fucking day. Can’t hit the QB’s head. Period. That’s why I was so pissed at the fucking chatter about that so called tripping, which was just his extended body, not like he was on the ground and lifted his leg…and not a fucking peep about that Milano fuck lowering his shoulder and elbowing Zach’s head. It was TOTAL bullshit.
