Eli does not look good at all. He's been under duress without much running game in fairness to him. It amazes me how many boneheaded throws he makes this deep in his career. Something about that draft class. Cause Rivers does the same thing sometimes. Roethlisberger can do it too, but he's more known for his off the field boneheaded decisions.
Giants better hope OBJ doesn't miss any major time this year, because without him their offense is pretty bad. And to provide a little perspective, seven people were shot to death at a Cowboys viewing party in Plano, TX tonight, with their attacker killed by police. https://www.dallasnews.com/news/cri...y-shot-death-plano-home-suspect-killed-police
On the Seahawks, they're really lucky they kept the Legion of Boom together with Bennett/Wagner and Russell Wilson has proved to be an absolute stud. They really haven't drafted well the past couple years and haven't committed to getting Wilson any sort of youthful offensive help. Lacy is meh, Jimmy Graham cannot block in a playaction style run offense they rely on, and Rawls is what he is in an OK late round runningback. Baldwin is a really good player that makes some tough catches, but he's not a player that commands double teams. He's fast but not game breaking fast; whenever he gets behind defenses he seems like he sort of sneaks behind them. They've committed to drafting offensive lineman to help the cause, but they haven't drafted any really good ones. They got abused by the Packers and Mike Daniels inside today Just further proof of how a franchise quarterback can be the glue that keeps an offense together. Dudes been running for his life for a couple years now. Doesn't appear to be changing. That's awful btw Jeff. RIP to those folks.
Be a good person and call your mother. If it was not for her, you wouldn't be here to insult me. She may not be perfect, but she is your mother.
The Giants haven't eclipsed the 20 point mark since week 12 of last year against he Browns. They only scored 20 or more points 7/16 times last year and did not exceed 30 points. That offense is in trouble.
Giant fans wondering whats going on, sometimes they have to be the most uneducated fans in the league, thinking that their o-line wouldn't cause them anymore issues.
but..but....but... ELI..... and SB! The loudest G fan at work is this low-level tech. Every morning he spends ~ 1.5 hours washing labware and then for 3 hours loudly regurgitates whatever radio show he's been listening to while washing. To me this guy is the ultimate picture of a Giants fan: loud, obnoxious, self-centered, entitled sheep. I know not all of them like this, but a lot are. JMO.
They are pretty much clones of Mike Francesa. They act, eat, and shit just like that loud ass buffoon. I have a few here and all of them are all blaming Eli Manning. The Jets offensive line is bad, but it's not as bad as the Giants line. At the end of the day it, do you prefer AIDS or testicular Cancer?
Of course most MNF nights will only have one game, so we'll never see Rex and the gang like this again, thank goodness.
LA Chargers. Seemed weird. Aren't they playing in a soccer stadium that holds 35K people or something for the next couple of years? I'm sure they'll sell out given the small venue. The Chargers came back and almost tied the game, but their kicker pulled a Nate Kaeding. I didn't think that Rex was completely awful. More like incredibly awkward.
Rex was fine. It just seemed like the volume was too low unless that was just the crowd noise. You couldn't really hear him at times. His analysis was pretty spot on. He was way better than Aikman at least. Good color commentators to me, are ones that don't say stupid redundant shit or constantly get plays wrong. Rex at least knew what he was talking about for the most part.
